Abilica is a Norwegian fitness brand for home and studio equipment, sold across the Nordics and into neighbouring markets.

Record the model from the frame. Home treadmills and light strength do not share parts with the commercial Italian lines sitting next to them.

## Parts that come back

- **Running belt.** Write the length and width from the old belt, not from memory. A belt from another series of the same brand often does not fit.
- **Upholstery.** Photograph the pad and name the machine. Recovering ‘the blue one’ is how the wrong bench is sent out.
- **Cable.** Write which run you replaced, and whether the rest of the cable stayed. A visible fray is not the whole cable.
- **Plate and dumbbell.** A cracked plate or a spinning dumbbell head is removed and written on the set’s file, or it returns from the back room.
