# Casall

Casall is a Swedish training brand. On a gym floor it is more often mats, benches, bands and light kit than a selectorized line.

A band with a cut is still a part you remove. File the set, not each band, and write what you threw out so the count stays honest.

## Parts that come back

- **Strap and band.** A cut band or a strap with broken stitching is out. Do not wait for it to fail in a class.
- **Upholstery.** Photograph the pad and name the machine. Recovering ‘the blue one’ is how the wrong bench is sent out.
- **Plate and dumbbell.** A cracked plate or a spinning dumbbell head is removed and written on the set’s file, or it returns from the back room.
