Concept2 is the American rower and ski-erg maker from Morrisville, Vermont. The RowErg, BikeErg and SkiErg are separate machines even when they share a monitor generation.

The chain, the rail, the monitor and the flywheel are the parts. A PM5 is not the rower. Write which erg, and the serial on the frame.

## Parts that come back

- **Chain or strap.** On a rower or air bike, write the connector at the handle as well as the chain. That is where it frays.
- **Rail and seat.** A dirty rail is cleaning. A scored rail or a seat that sticks is a part. Say which.
- **Monitor.** A dead monitor on a mechanical rower or bike may leave the machine usable. Write that limit, or take it out if resistance depends on the screen.
- **Fan and cage.** A bent cage is out of service. A noisy fan with a straight cage may be wear. Write which you found.
