Kettler is a German brand. In gyms and homes you meet bikes, benches and light cardio more often than a full selectorized line.

A Kettler bench is an asset if it is bolted down and used all day. The part is usually a pad, a roller, or a drive belt on a bike. Do not file it under ‘accessories’ with no name.

## Parts that come back

- **Drive belt or chain.** On a bike this is the drive, not the running belt of a treadmill. Keep the names apart on the job.
- **Console and board.** Photograph the error code before anyone resets it. The board number is on a sticker, not in the member’s description.
- **Upholstery.** Photograph the pad and name the machine. Recovering ‘the blue one’ is how the wrong bench is sent out.
- **Running belt.** Write the length and width from the old belt, not from memory. A belt from another series of the same brand often does not fit.
