# NOHrD

NOHrD is a German maker from Nordhorn. The equipment is wood and metal: rowers, bikes, wall-mounted trainers and benches, often in hotels and design studios.

Wood is not immune to parts. Rails, straps, cables and leather or pad wear still get written on the job. The finish is not a substitute for a model number.

## Parts that come back

- **Rail and seat.** A dirty rail is cleaning. A scored rail or a seat that sticks is a part. Say which.
- **Cable.** Write which run you replaced, and whether the rest of the cable stayed. A visible fray is not the whole cable.
- **Upholstery.** Photograph the pad and name the machine. Recovering ‘the blue one’ is how the wrong bench is sent out.
- **Monitor.** A dead monitor on a mechanical rower or bike may leave the machine usable. Write that limit, or take it out if resistance depends on the screen.
