# Sole

Sole is an American home-treadmill brand. The machines are widely sold for houses and small facilities.

Belt and deck are the pair. Write the Sole model. A folded frame has a separate hinge fault if that is what failed.

## Parts that come back

- **Running belt.** Write the length and width from the old belt, not from memory. A belt from another series of the same brand often does not fit.
- **Deck.** Note whether the deck was flipped, dressed, or replaced with the belt. A new belt on a worn deck comes back as the same fault.
- **Console and board.** Photograph the error code before anyone resets it. The board number is on a sticker, not in the member’s description.
- **Drive motor and incline.** Record motor or actuator numbers from the part you remove. Do not order from the marketing name on the shroud.
