TRUE Fitness is an American commercial cardio and strength brand from Missouri. Treadmills are what many floors know the name for.

Belts, decks and incline motors are the job. The console error comes first, in a photo, before the board is replaced.

## Parts that come back

- **Running belt.** Write the length and width from the old belt, not from memory. A belt from another series of the same brand often does not fit.
- **Deck.** Note whether the deck was flipped, dressed, or replaced with the belt. A new belt on a worn deck comes back as the same fault.
- **Console and board.** Photograph the error code before anyone resets it. The board number is on a sticker, not in the member’s description.
- **Drive motor and incline.** Record motor or actuator numbers from the part you remove. Do not order from the marketing name on the shroud.
