# Tunturi

Tunturi is a Finnish brand with a long presence in Dutch and Nordic homes, hotels and small gyms. Cardio is the core. Some current machines are built outside Finland. The name on the frame is what you file.

Older Tunturi units still on the floor need the model from the plate, not the logo. Belts and console boards are the parts. Warranty papers, if any, belong on the asset.

## Parts that come back

- **Running belt.** Write the length and width from the old belt, not from memory. A belt from another series of the same brand often does not fit.
- **Deck.** Note whether the deck was flipped, dressed, or replaced with the belt. A new belt on a worn deck comes back as the same fault.
- **Console and board.** Photograph the error code before anyone resets it. The board number is on a sticker, not in the member’s description.
- **Drive belt or chain.** On a bike this is the drive, not the running belt of a treadmill. Keep the names apart on the job.
