# Uesaka

Uesaka is a Japanese weightlifting brand. Bars and competition plates are the equipment in clubs that lift to a standard.

Sleeve bearings and straightness are the inspection. A Uesaka bar is its own asset. Do not mix it into a bin of unnamed steel.

## Parts that come back

- **Barbell.** Spin in a sleeve, a bent shaft, or worn knurl belongs on that bar’s file. Bars are assets, not a pile.
- **Plate and dumbbell.** A cracked plate or a spinning dumbbell head is removed and written on the set’s file, or it returns from the back room.
- **Collar and pin.** A missing collar or a pin that will not seat is a safety fault on the rack or the bar, not a lost-and-found item.
