VirtuFit is a Dutch brand used both at home and in lighter gym rooms: cardio, compact strength stations and accessories.

Treat a VirtuFit station as its own asset. The part that fails is often the console, the belt, or a pad, and the model codes differ across the range.

## Parts that come back

- **Running belt.** Write the length and width from the old belt, not from memory. A belt from another series of the same brand often does not fit.
- **Console and board.** Photograph the error code before anyone resets it. The board number is on a sticker, not in the member’s description.
- **Upholstery.** Photograph the pad and name the machine. Recovering ‘the blue one’ is how the wrong bench is sent out.
- **Cable.** Write which run you replaced, and whether the rest of the cable stayed. A visible fray is not the whole cable.
