Vision Fitness is a Johnson Health Tech brand, often the lighter commercial or premium-home cardio next to Matrix.

Do not order a Matrix belt for a Vision treadmill because the parent company matches. The model sticker decides.

## Parts that come back

- **Running belt.** Write the length and width from the old belt, not from memory. A belt from another series of the same brand often does not fit.
- **Deck.** Note whether the deck was flipped, dressed, or replaced with the belt. A new belt on a worn deck comes back as the same fault.
- **Console and board.** Photograph the error code before anyone resets it. The board number is on a sticker, not in the member’s description.
- **Drive belt or chain.** On a bike this is the drive, not the running belt of a treadmill. Keep the names apart on the job.
