Power leads on the floor are a fault, not a layout

A cable across a walkway, a stacked adaptor, or a warm plug is not something to step over until Friday.
Equipment power should be boring: a lead that is not under a belt, not across a walkway, not warm at the plug, and not daisy-chained through a tower of adaptors because the socket was in the wrong place.
If you see those, treat them as a fault on the asset or the zone. Tape on the floor is not a permanent design. A lead trapped under a treadmill foot is how you get a hot smell that is blamed on the motor.
What to write
Which socket, what you moved, and whether the machine still reaches without strain. If it does not, the job is a proper supply, not a longer unsafe lead.
Several consoles resetting together is a clue to the circuit, not three separate console faults. Note the time and which machines. That one note saves a week of wrong parts.
Water and power in the same sentence means stop use of the affected machines and get someone competent. Do not dry a socket and switch it back on as the resolution.
