A single site needs a short report, not a dashboard

One gym does not need a wall of charts. It needs a page a owner can read in a few minutes and that matches the jobs.

Four questions are enough. Which machines were taken out for safety, and for how long? Which jobs are still waiting, and on what? What did repairs cost this month, in the figures you actually have? What will you change in the plan because of that?

If you cannot answer from the register

You are about to build a spreadsheet. Resist it. The missing answer means a field was not written: no downtime, no cost, no resolution. Fix the habit on the next ten jobs. A report on empty fields is a fiction with headings.

Do not add a target you invented, such as a percentage you would like. The report is a description. The decision sits with the person who reads it.
