Rigs fail at the attachments, not at the upright you notice

The rig looks permanent. The j-cups, the bands, and the straps are what leave the floor in a bag.
A rig is a structure plus a box of parts that walk. J-cups, spotter arms, landmines, bands, straps, and carabiners need a home and a count. If they live “on the rig”, they live wherever the last class left them.
Give the rig one asset file, and record attachments as parts or as child notes on that file. A missing spotter arm is a safety fault for the stations that need it, not a lost-and-found item.
Wear that matters
Stitching on straps, cuts in bands, bolts at the upright bases, and pins that no longer retain. A band with a visible cut is out. Do not wait for it to snap in a session.
After classes that rearrange the rig, the closing walk includes “is it back to the plan”. A rig left in a random plan is how the next class overloads a station you did not intend.
If you add a new attachment, put it on the file the day it arrives. Otherwise it is invisible until it breaks.
