Arsenal Strength is an American plate-loaded brand for hard commercial strength rooms.

Pivots and pads are the record. There is little electronics. The model of the movement still has to be on the asset or the next bushing is a guess.

Parts to write on the job

• Bushing

  Play in a pivot is a bushing or a bearing until you look. Write which pivot, and what you fitted.

• Bearing

  Record the size from the old bearing. Spraying a noisy pivot until it is quiet hides the play.

• Upholstery

  Photograph the pad and name the machine. Recovering ‘the blue one’ is how the wrong bench is sent out.
