TRX
TRX is an American suspension-training brand. The strap and the anchor are the equipment. A gym may have many straps on one rig.
Stitching and the anchor are the inspection. A homemade knot is not a recorded fix. File the anchor point, and retire a strap with a damaged seam.

Strap and band
A cut band or a strap with broken stitching is out. Do not wait for it to fail in a class.
Rig upright and bolt
Movement in an upright or a bolt that will not hold is out of use until you know why. Write the anchor, not only ‘the rig’.
