Xebex
Xebex is a Taiwanese maker of air rowers, air bikes and ski ergometers used in functional rooms.
The fan cage and the chain are the safety and wear parts. An Xebex rower is not a Concept2. The monitor and the rail are specific to this frame.

Fan and cage
A bent cage is out of service. A noisy fan with a straight cage may be wear. Write which you found.
Chain or strap
On a rower or air bike, write the connector at the handle as well as the chain. That is where it frays.
Rail and seat
A dirty rail is cleaning. A scored rail or a seat that sticks is a part. Say which.
Monitor
A dead monitor on a mechanical rower or bike may leave the machine usable. Write that limit, or take it out if resistance depends on the screen.
